The Disability Trust’s All Abilities Day is designed to help people explore inclusive cycling opportunities in a safe, supportive and accessible environment.

Held at the Illawarra Criterium Track in Unanderra, the event invites participants to come along, try riding and discover the different ways cycling can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities.

Whether you’re completely new to cycling or looking to build confidence, the day is all about making riding accessible, enjoyable and inclusive for everyone involved.

Participants are welcome to bring their own bike or access a range of adaptive bikes and cycling equipment available through The Disability Trust’s Cyclability Program.

The event is especially designed for:

With a fully accessible venue and a relaxed, community-focused atmosphere, the day provides a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, connect with others and experience the benefits of cycling in a supportive setting.
